For those racers who are allowed use a Snell M-2005 rated helmet, RaceQuip offers a Full Face Helmet, designed with many of the features you would expect to find in a true auto racing helmet. These features include a positive lock pivot kit so the shield stays in place, internal stainless steel hardware and vent screens, plus a foam shield seal to keep out dust and dirt. A wide eyeport provides good peripheral vision and allows the use of personal eyewear. The distortion free high strength polycarbonate face shield is 2mm thick and comes with adjustable tear-off posts and a visor strip. The RaceQuip M-2005 Full Face Helmet incorporates a comfort fit interior for great feel, and a multi-port ventilation system to minimize fogging and help keep a cool head. All these features are mated with our high gloss, hand laid composite shell featuring our trademark RaceQuip styling. Note: we highly recommend the use of SA rated helmets for auto racing even if an M helmet is legal in your sanction or class.
